Creator Accounts – Free Forever (No Refunds Applicable)

MktEzy.com offers completely free accounts for creators to upload unlimited digital content (ebooks, courses, templates, audio files), create shareable product pages, and start selling immediately. There are no subscription fees, setup costs, or hidden charges for creators. Since creator accounts incur zero cost, no refunds are applicable or possible for creator services. Our revenue comes solely from the agreed commission on successful content sales, ensuring creators keep their royalties with zero upfront investment.


Buyer Refund Eligibility – Content Purchases
MktEzy.com facilitates refunds for buyer content purchases through a collaborative process between buyers and creators. We act purely as an intermediary payment facilitator and work diligently with creators to resolve legitimate refund requests within 5 business days. All refund decisions remain between the buyer and creator, with MktEzy.com providing transaction data and communication support.


Refund Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible for Refund (Within 48 hours of Purchase):

  • Content undelivered
  • File corrupted/not opening properly
  • Received wrong/different product than ordered one
  • Buyer & Creator agreement violation


Refund Process:

  1. Buyer contacts creator via email/contact details provided in creator sales receipt
  2. Creator responds with resolution/refund (if eligible)
  3. MktEzy.com facilitates communication and verifies transaction details
  4. Refund initiated within 5 business days (if eligible)
  5. Funds returned to original payment method (Card/UPI/Bank Transfer/Wallet)


Commission Deduction on Refunds

Creators agree to bear the platform commission on refunded transactions as per our standard revenue model:

Platform Commission: ₹10 (already deducted)
Creator Earnings: ₹90 
Refund Amount to Buyer: ₹100
Creator Final Payout: (-)₹20 (₹90 - ₹10 commission retained)

Platform Commission: ₹10 (already deducted)
Creator Earnings: ₹90 
Refund Amount to Buyer: ₹50
Creator Final Payout: ₹35 (₹90 - ₹5 commission retained)
This ensures platform sustainability while protecting creators from chargeback losses.


Time-Sensitive Refund Window

All refund claims must be received within 48 hours from the purchase timestamp. This tight window balances buyer protection with creator revenue security, given digital content can be accessed instantly upon payment.


Refund Request Verification

All refund claims must undergo verification, which may include content download status, content usage history, usage logs, payment status, buyer history and risk analysis
MktEzy.com reserve the right to reject refund request which found to be fradulent or unjustified.


No Refund: Refund requests may be dishonored in following situations.

  • Timeline: Refund claimed post 48 hours window
  • Used Content: Digital content accessed or used (service utilized)
  • Promo: Promotional offer with deep discounts
  • Unethical Practice: Refund Claims submitted, after receiving service as per agreement


Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Buyers are advised to contact MktEzy.com support to arrive amicable solution before raising any chargeback request.
Wrong chargeback cliams may lead to...

  • Barring the user to take any further transaction with any other creators.
  • Legal procedings to recover the disputed amount with penality and service charges.
  • Future restrictions on the platform


Refund - Tax Deduction
Kindly note, any GST, Tax or regulatory charges once decuted and filed may not be refunded


How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Check your purchase email receipt for "Contact Creator" info
Step 2: Email creator explaining issue (attach proof if technical fault)
Step 3: CC support@mktezy.com for facilitation
Step 4: Creator responds within 48 hours (Either resolve the issue or accept refund)
Step 5: MktEzy.com verifies and processes eligible refunds within 5 business days


Platform Limitations

MktEzy.com cannot issue refunds directly as we only process payments on behalf of creators. All refund authority rests with individual creators per their product policies displayed on content pages. We provide full transaction transparency and dispute mediation but cannot override creator decisions.


MktEzy.com  reserves the rights to change this refund policy at any time with or without notice. Your use of the platform indicates your acceptence of the latest updated policy in the platform
